Pinned conversations
Keep important chats directly below Me. Favorites, pinned conversations and pinned messages each have their own purpose.
Discussions inside chats
Start a focused discussion in a channel or 1:1 chat with a title, description and photos. Each discussion has its own conversation.
Messages with context
Quote, react, edit, unsend, delete for yourself or forward. Type @ to find members of the same chat; select text to reveal formatting.
Channels your team controls
Set the channel name, description and members. Choose who can invite people, with owner and administrator roles.
A comfortable place to talk
Adjust text size, choose Enter-to-send or a new line, and resize or collapse the web conversation list. iPhone layouts adapt to the space available.

The following capabilities are confirmed product scope, not services available today.
Media, with a clear policy
Photos, videos, files and PDFs, captions, a gallery, voice notes and transcription, video notes, stickers and GIFs are selected. The planned policy keeps compressed media copies; optional HD originals expire after 30 days. Files and PDFs retain their original bytes.
Make plans together
Polls, events and reminders, shared notes, albums and scheduled messages are selected for the connected release.
Find what matters
Pinned messages, bookmarks, unread filters, folders, quiet chats and full-history search are selected. Read receipts, typing indicators and richer link previews need connected services.
Drop-in voice rooms
Join and leave a room rather than ringing everyone. Join, leave, mute and deafen controls are in the local preview; live audio is planned.
Privacy across devices
End-to-end encryption, app/chat locks, block/report, backups, profiles and availability, and device synchronization are selected. These protections are not yet implemented by the local preview.
Connected to your work
Gather and other authorized ERP modules are planned to send labeled schedule, update and reminder cards with a link to the source. AI summaries are selected; any external content processing will require explicit consent.
