Bridge is the planned customer channels and BSP module for BareunFlow. Its scope is external customer conversations across channels.
Bridge is intended to connect customer communication with the workspace. It is separate from Relay, which is planned for internal team messages and notifications.
Bridge is planned. Customer channel connections and BSP features are not available for sign-up today.
